Multi-stakeholder policy
Our company recognizes the importance of co-creating value not only with shareholders but also with diverse stakeholders, including employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, in corporate management. Accordingly, we will engage in appropriate collaboration with these multi-stakeholders. Furthermore, based on the perspective that appropriate distribution of profits and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvements to multi-stakeholders will lead to sustained wage increases and the sustainable development of the economy, we recognize the importance of returning benefits to employees and showing consideration to business partners, and will advance the following initiatives.
記
1. Benefits for Employees
We will strive for sustainable growth and improved productivity by focusing management resources on growth areas and developing employee capabilities and skills, thereby maximizing added value. Based on the earnings and results generated, we will increase wages through appropriate methods that consider our company's situation, in accordance with the "Basic Principles of Wage Determination." In addition, to improve overall compensation beyond wages and contribute to enhanced employee engagement and further productivity improvements, we aim for sustainable returns to our employees by actively engaging in initiatives, primarily education and training.
(Individual items)
Specifically, we will engage in sincere dialogue between labor and management regarding wage increases, taking into account price trends, economic conditions, and our company's financial situation. Furthermore, we will invest in human capital by combining education and training, skill development programs, and self-improvement support, and will continuously focus on employee education.
2. Consideration for Business Partners
We will continue to strive to comply with the contents of the Partnership Building Declaration.
Furthermore, if the publication of the Partnership Building Declaration on the portal site is canceled, we will voluntarily withdraw the disclosure of the multi-stakeholder policy.

Additionally, regarding our transaction relationships with tax-exempt businesses, we will work to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government's stated policies on how tax-exempt businesses and their customers will adapt to the invoice system.
We will promote steady progress while confirming the status of initiatives for these items.
